Come play waaaay off the grid, as we explore eccentric and wonderful ways to weave and play with fiber.

During this four hour session, we'll finetune each participant's design concepts for their individual projects and cover the basics of weaving and warping your loom before jumping into the fun irregular world of sculpting 2D shapes in fiber.  Learn to create outlines and shapes, add additional design elements and walk away at the end of the session with a work of art ready to display in your favorite nook. 

No prior experience with weaving is necessary. 

Young person’s ages 8-16 are welcome to join but need to be accompanied by a participating adult to attend.

FEE: $120 + $65 materials fee includes a mini loom and starter weaving tools to take home.  All materials are included.  Previous participants of Wild Weaves are welcome to purchase a ticket without a starter kit - just don't forget to bring your loom to class!
