As you know, we love watercolors here at Supplies for Creative Living - their immediacy, their playfulness and how they instantly transport us in a different mode of being and seeing. 

Join us for Watercolors in the Abstract, where we'll experiment with color and form to paint what we feel rather than what we see. Each session starts with a group exercise to help us drop the to-do lists and tune in to our creative selves, followed by plenty of time for individual process and experimentation.

Watercolors in the Abstract is open to total beginners to watercolor, as well as those easing into a deeper watercolor practice or overcoming blank page fears. All materials will be provided, though participants are very welcome to bring their own preferred watercolor supplies.

For those who want a beginner's crash course on watercolor basics, we recommend attending one of our (re)Introduction to Watercolor sessions first.
