Breathing Through Creative Blocks with Bibi Lorenzetti
Time & Location
About the Event
In this workshop we will explore some basic yet essential breathing practices, as taught by the Ayurvedic tradition. These practices will help to soothe and balance the nervous system, stabilize the mind and bring harmony and energy to the body. The practice will be preceded by a short talk and seated yoga stretch session and followed by a 15 minute meditation. You will walk away with a set of easy practices that will help you ground, clear your mind and make room for inspiration to set in.
*As part of our shop initiatives for Climate Week, 50% of proceeds from this workshop will be donated to Riverkeeper, an organization that battles against pollution and restores natural habitats along our beautiful Hudson River.
