We know figure drawing can be intimidating for beginners.  What do I bring? What will happen?  What do I do?  If you've been dabbling in figure drawing for a while, maybe you'd just love to see how other people are working and what they're working on.  In this introduction to figure drawing session, we'll answer questions and try out a few different approaches to figure drawing with some of our figure drawing regulars and a live art model.  

Figure drawing is a wonderful, and always challenging way to hone your artist eye, whether you're just starting out or have been drawing for years.  

All materials for this session will be provided.  Complete beginners are welcome.

Our regular Open Figure Drawing sessions are scheduled for the 1st and 3rd Wednesday evening of every month and the first Sunday morning of each month.

All figure drawing sessions are with a live art model and are open to artists of all skill levels.  Each evening session will be a series of short poses, intended to provide time and space for self-guided exploration. 

Ages 18+ (Open to high school students with parental permission)

Food and beverages to share are welcome.
